Event Services

Please keep in mind event services are customizable to fit the precise needs of the client

Hourly Event Service -
$325 per hour for the first five (5) hours
$250 per hour for each additional hour after five hours
Includes photographic coverage of your event over the time allotted
Unlimited consultations before and after your event
Your images posted on a password protected website for six months
Your choice of:
Complete set of event proofs
or
Complete set of images on CD or DVD


Additional Information & A La Carte Options:

Retainer:
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve a date with the remainder to be paid 30 days prior to the event
Payment methods: Check or cash

DVD Slideshow: $250
Your images set to music in a digital slideshow

Picture Book: $400
A Kolo Cloth Photo Album filled with up to 200 of your proof images

Purchase of Negatives: $25/roll

High Resolution CD with all images: $400

Travel:
Travel is $1.00 per mile for weddings more than 100 miles from our Westminster, CO location. Depending on distance and time, one night of lodging may also be required. One night lodging may also be required for winter mountain events due to unpredictable weather.
If the event is out of reasonable driving distance, airfare, 1-2 nights lodging and a rental car must be provided for Sherrie and her assistant.
